Luxury oceanfront resort offers memorable holiday experiences for the entire family

MIAMI, Fl. – March 9, 2018 –Easter is on its way to The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, with endless springtime activities to enjoy all weekend in the South Florida sun. From an Easter-themed movie night under the stars to live music and sunset cocktail hours by the pool, Easter memories abound in the coastal sanctuary of Bal Harbour. Below are some highlights that the entire family can enjoy.

Peter Rabbit Easter Brunch at Artisan Beach House

Guests will find themselves in the middle of a Peter Rabbit storybook, eating hoppily ever after, during Easter brunch in Artisan Beach House. Looking out over the Atlantic Ocean and Haulover Cut, guests will savor a decadent buffet featuring a raw bar, assorted sushi, a European cheese and charcuterie station, a healthy corner and a carving station, among many other delicious offerings. Ritz Kids will even have their own buffet overflowing with kid-approved favorites. A sweet dessert station, with everything from classic Key lime pie to crème brûlée and carrot cake cupcakes, will round out the experience.

The Peter Rabbit Easter Brunch will take place Sunday, April 1 from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. in Artisan Beach House. The cost is $125 for adults and $45 for children ages 5-12. Children under five years are complimentary.

Easter Favorites

On March 31, children are invited to make their own Easter baskets by the pool. Then, on Easter morning, the time-honored Easter egg hunting tradition begins. But what is Easter without a visit from the Easter Bunny? Guests are invited to create new #RCMemories when the Easter Bunny hits the beach at The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour. Easter egg hunt: 10 a.m.-11 a.m. The Easter Bunny visits 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Eco-Education by the Pool

The waters off Miami are a sanctuary for marine life of all kinds, including manatees, rays and endless species of fish and invertebrates. The resort is honored to host two distinct marine-education programs over Easter weekend, offering fun and interactive educational experiences that are unique to South Florida. On Friday, March 30, the Marine Eco-Experience give guests of all ages a glimpse under the ocean’s surface, where they’ll have a chance to meet actual creatures from the deep. Then on Saturday, March 31, a team from Florida’s Save the Manatee organization will introduce guests to the mysteries of our very own ‘sea cows’ and how we can help them in our very own waters!
