Miami, Fl. – December 15, 2016 – The fine art of couture arrives in grand fashion this season, decking the halls and main lobby of The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour, Miami with fashion-inspired couture Christmas gowns by Miami floral designer Ines Naftali. The haute couture holiday gowns will be on display at the resort through Sunday, January 1, 2017.

Inspired by the Fall/Winter 2016-2017 fashion runways of couture designers like Elie Saab and Christian Dior, each of the four gowns resemble new looks and styles of the season.

Each gown is made of 90 percent natural and organic elements—including fresh flowers, Christmas greenery, pine tree branches, cedar, juniper and air plants. All of the dresses incorporate elegant fabrics like chiffon, tulle, satin and embroidered lace, along with motif appliques. For the couture head-piece, wood mossy ribbon was shaped to form a headscarf-like look with accents of cedar and pine tulle and South African protea.

“We are thrilled to be able to have Naftali’s wonderful creations in-house for this festive season,” says Cynthia Boyett, director of sales and marketing for The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour, “We deeply value local artisans, and the chance to showcase these fabulous dresses give both our guests and local artists the chance to connect over a distinctly luxury opportunity.”

For those embracing the “haute” spirit, the resort’s exclusive Couture Concierge can ensure guests discover the perfect complement to their holiday wardrobe this December, with one-on-one wardrobe consulting or personal shopping experiences at the nearby Bal Harbour Shops.
