Manama, KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN – October 20, 2015 – The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa has announced the opening of its new Italian inspired Café Venissa, introducing a taste of Venice to the heart of Manama. Guests can look forward to a unique culinary experience at the luxury resort from November 3rd, with variety of delectable snacks and refreshing beverages available for visitors to enjoy.
The inspiration for Cafe Venissa stems from the famous Italian coffee shop, Caffe Florian, which is the oldest coffee house in Europe. This is reflected throughout the restaurant through its chic and elegant Italian décor. Combined with a carefully crafted menu and impeccable service, Café Venissa provides the finest setting for an unforgettable afternoon delight.
The menu available at the new café reflects a selection of the most irresistible items of the original coffee house. Diners can indulge in deliciously crafted dishes at any time of the day, as well as enjoy a choice of freshly squeezed juices, hot and cold coffee variations. Among the salads, the chef recommends the “Insalata Venissa” – a fresh composition of shrimps, cucumber, bresaola, cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. From the snacks, the chicken and radicchio di Chioggia sandwich accompanied with Venissa sauce is a must try. A selection of palatable desserts are also available to complete the exquisite dining experience, including the lemon merengue tart with raspberry sorbet signature dish.
From November 27 until December 8, the spotlight will be on the renowned band Caffe Concerto Strauss that will fill up the cafe with their enchanting, live music. Caffe Concerto Strauss is the original band of Caffe Florian and will be specially flying in to round up the unforgettable experience of the guests.
Guests that would like to be part of this extravaganza can visit Cafe Venissa from November 3 to December 31, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For more information, and for reservations at Cafe Venissa, please call +973 1758 6499 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
