How can I make a reservation?
Spa services should be scheduled in advance. Reservations can be made by calling the Spa directly on: +973 1758 6808, or you can email: email@example.com. A credit card guarantee is required for booking.
What if I have special health considerations?
You deserve the best possible care. We therefore request that you notify our Spa Reservation Department before booking your treatment if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know.
When should I arrive?
To enhance your Spa experience, ladies please arrive 30-60 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to relax in the relaxation room, sauna, steam & Thalasso Pool. Gentlemen, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
How will my comfort be ensured?
This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of a massage pressure, or the volume of music, notify us of any preference; during the treatment please notify your therapist immediately. We request that mobile phones and pagers be switched off in the Spa.
Are Gift Certificates available from the Spa?
You may purchase Gift Certificates for a specific dollar amount or for particular services.
Hours of Operation
The Spa is open daily from 6:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Treatment times are scheduled daily from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Is there a minimum age?
An adult must accompany all spa guests under 16 years old. Minimum age for guest to enter the spa is 16 years old.
Is Smoking allowed in the Spa?
The Spa is a non-smoking environment.
What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price, guests may call at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule, change or cancel the booking, to avoid a cancellation fee being applied.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied
What do I wear in the Spa?
Bath robes, towels & slippers are available in the spa. Shorts are required for all male guests receiving treatments. In consideration of the other guests, kindly use a bathing suit when using the spa facilities.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa Reservation Agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance. Kindly inform our therapist of any other health concerns you might have.
Where should I keep my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave such items in the safe in your hotel room or in the lockers available for your personal items in the spa facility. In an effort to maintain a tranquil environment in which to relax, we kindly ask that all mobile phones are switched to non-ringing mode and request that all mobile calls are taken in the reception area.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are dispersed to the Spa staff members that served you during your visit. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
How do I pay for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler's checks. You may also charge Spa services to your hotel bill.
