Ritz-Carlton, Naples beach resort and top-rated Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples, with a series of holiday buffets, family activities and precious children’s programs.

Life-Size Gingerbread House

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples’ pastry team will gather on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 to erect the region’s largest gingerbread house, standing over 12 feet tall. The Gingerbread House, designed to resemble a classic Swiss Chalet, features approximately 2,000 gingerbread shingles and 120,000 pieces of candy. This magnificent house will be on display in the lobby throughout the holiday.

The Grill

Exuding sophistication, the Forbes Four Star Grill provides impeccable service and exceptional menu offerings that discerning patrons have come to expect. Providing the best culinary experience, The Grill’s Chef de Cuisine Bjoern Lorenzen has created a tantalizing four-course menu in celebration of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Featured entrée selections include house cured honey ham with dried fruits and sweet potatoes and maple jus; filet mignon “Rossini” with foie gras, truffle mash and roasted vegetables; seabass with black garlic, heirloom potato and octopus.

Grand Ballroom Buffet

Set in the magnificent Ritz-Carlton ballroom, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples’ Christmas buffet is a timeless holiday tradition. Under the direction of Executive Chef George Fistrovich the culinary team will prepare an impressive 17 station buffet to include assorted salad, seafood, cheese, sushi, antipasto, soup, vegetable, and charcuterie selections.

This lavish buffet includes a special children’s buffet featuring kid-friendly selections such as chicken fingers, mac and cheese, creamy mashed potatoes and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Terrazza
Time: 5  - 10 p.m.

Terrazza’s Chef de Cuisine Thomas Borelli has created a bountiful Christmas buffet featuring traditional holiday favorites and seasonal inspirations. Savor roasted turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce; sweet potato puree; seared scallops; country bread stuffing; broccoli rabe and more.

Gather family and friends to celebrate Christmas with an all-day holiday buffet. Presentations include chilled seafood, house-made charcuterie, assorted cheeses, hearty salads, pastas and more. Carving stations will include whole roasted turkey with calvados gravy and brown sugar glazed ham with dried fruit chutney. Children may also enjoy a special buffet featuring kid-friendly selections.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

Lemonía
Time: 6 to 10 p.m.
Price: $120 per adult

Resolve to spend this night in the company of loved ones while enjoying an assortment of appetizers including a chilled seafood and tapas bar with crispy tuna with katafi, foie gras and green apple; angel hair pasta with duck prosciutto and pickled dates; and octopus, chorizo oil with confit potatoes and black olive pearls. Enjoy live music and commemorate the occasion with a champagne toast.

Ring in the New Year while dining on a delectable four-course menu. Featured entrée selections include a petite filet mignon with half lobster tail, and spinach; pan seared cod filet with hers and caviar cream; and veal filet “Rossini” with foie gras, truffle celeriac and roasted vegetables.
