Naples, FL (March 30, 2017) – The Ritz-Carlton, Naples invites Naples residents and resort guests to celebrate spring and Easter with an elaborate buffet.

Set in the magnificent Ritz-Carlton ballroom, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples’ Easter buffet is the perfect welcome to spring. Under the direction of Executive Chef George Fistrovich the culinary team will prepare an impressive 17 station buffet to include assorted salad, seafood, cheese, sushi, antipasto, soup, vegetable, and charcuterie selections.

Buffet highlights include various chef action stations complete with bourbon braised short rib with barley ragout and carrot purée; sous-vide duck breast with pickled rhubarb, spring peas purée and puff rice; and herb crusted scallop with confit potato, black garlic cream and lemon.

Guests will also enjoy a grand dessert display featuring house-made treats such as chocolate crunch éclair, litchi and raspberry tart, strawberry tendresse, and peanut butter and caramel shot.

The Easter buffet will also feature a special children’s section including kid favorites such as chicken fingers, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and honey glazed ham.

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Easter buffet will take place on Sunday, April 16. Seating begins at 2:30 p.m. The cost is $149 for adults, $69 for children ages 3-12. Pricing is subject to an automatic 24% service charge and 6% sales tax.

Additionally, in the days leading up to Easter, the resort’s retail design experts are available to create custom Easter baskets to surprise and delight local and resorts guests of any age. Available through the resort’s Sundry Shop each creation is unique and personalized. Design themes may include beach, storybook, movie, jewelry, wine and cheese, sports or your own concept.  Containers range from traditional baskets, to hat boxes, beach pails, and designer totes.
