NAPLES, Fla. - October 11, 2016 - Join friends and family to celebrate the warmth of the holiday season and world-class epicurean delights with one of The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples many Thanksgiving offerings.

Grand Ballroom Buffet
Time: 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.
Price: $149, adults | $69, per child*

Set in the magnificent Ritz-Carlton ballroom, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples’ Thanksgiving buffet is a timeless holiday tradition. Under the direction of Executive Chef George Fistrovich the culinary team will prepare an impressive 17 station buffet to include assorted salad, seafood, cheese, sushi, antipasto, soup, vegetable, and charcuterie selections.

Additionally, Chef attended stations will feature roasted turkey, peppercorn crusted prime rib, braised short ribs, seared Maine scallop, pumpkin risotto, charred octopus, and sous vide duck breast. To conclude this decadent feast, Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Thieffine will curate various dessert offerings including pumpkin madeleine, apple macaroon, caramel turtle cheesecake and a liquid nitrogen ice cream station.

Keeping the entire family in mind, a special children’s buffet will be available complete with kid-approved favorites such as chicken fingers, mac and cheese, creamy mashed potatoes and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

The Grill

Time: 5  - 10 p.m.

Exuding sophistication, the Forbes Four Star Grill provides impeccable service and exceptional menu offerings that discerning patrons have come to expect. Providing the best culinary experience, The Grill’s Chef de Cuisine Bjoern Lorenzen has created a tantalizing four-course menu for Thanksgiving. Featured entrée selections include roasted turkey with chestnut bread pudding, whipped potato, green beans, gravy and cranberry; filet mignon with celeriac purée, roasted pumpkin and thyme jus; 32 days aged New York strip with heirloom tomato ragout, horseradish and olive oil emulsion; braised beef cheek with blue cheese ravioli, pickled pumpkin and red wine sauce; halibut with brown butter, creamed potatoes and parsley emulsion.

Terrazza

Time: 5  - 10 p.m.

Terrazza’s Chef de Cuisine Thomas Borelli has created a bountiful Thanksgiving buffet featuring traditional holiday favorites and seasonal inspiration. Savor roasted turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce; pumpkin risotto, with pancetta and candied pumpkin seeds; buttermilk roasted garlic mash potatoes; traditional sage stuffing; chive buttered carrots, and more.

Lemonía

Time: 12 p.m. | 2:30 p.m.| 5:30 p.m.

Lemonía’s culinary team presents an elaborate Thanksgiving Day buffet. The buffet will feature assorted salads, cheese display, caviar and smoked salmon, sushi, soup, braised lamb shank, pan seared halibut, duck breast, bourbon glazed turkey, herb crusted prime rib, decadent desserts and more. Children may enjoy their own special buffet complete with kid-approved favorites such as chicken fingers, mac and cheese, turkey and cheese pinwheels and vegetable crudités.

Reservations are required for all dining events; early reservations are strongly recommended. Pricing is subject to a 6% sales tax.
