NEW ORLEANS (February 2017) – As the weather gets warmer and the birds begin to chirp, The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans is preparing for Spring. New to the calendar of events this season is our Crawfish Boil in the Courtyard experience.

Select Saturdays in March, April, and May, the culinary team will be hosting a family style crawfish boil in our lush courtyard. In New Orleans, our local flavors and traditions are especially important. Experience what it is like to have a backyard crawfish boil at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, complete with live music, beer, champagne, and of course, hot boiled crawfish. The chef will be on hand to answer any questions about this native delicacy and even teach guests how to peel crawfish like a local. This unique event is perfect for first time visitors, parties, or locals looking to enjoy a good time.

Dates: March 4, 11, 18, April 1, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27
Time: 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Price: $50, inclusive of tax and gratuity
