NEW ORLEANS (July 12, 2017) – During the month of August, M Bistro and other restaurants around the New Orleans area will take part in COOLinary New Orleans, a celebration of dining in America’s most delicious city.

Available August 1-31, M Bistro’s COOLinary offerings feature new and classic takes on New Orleans favorites. The three course dinner is $39.00 per person and features appetizer options such as charbroiled oysters, shrimp and grits, and favorites like seared scallops and a petite filet as mains. This year for an additional $20, guests also have the option to pair each course of their COOLinary experience with a signature cocktail such as a Ponchatoula margarita, made with local strawberries. M Bistro’s menu is an indigenous approach to the preparation of the finest meats, seafood and produce from farmers in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Alabama. Fresh, organic, seasonal, local and farm to table, that is M bistro.

Special reservations are available in one of three velvet-draped cheaters’ booths and the semi-private wine room. Dinner reservations are recommended and jackets are not required. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; lunch is followed shortly after from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with dinner served from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
