NEW ORLEANS, La. – July 30, 2014 – During the month of August, M bistro and other restaurants around the New Orleans area will take place in COOLinary New Orleans, a celebration of dining in America’s most delicious city.

M bistro will be rolling out a new lunch and dinner menu for every week in August featuring new and classic takes on New Orleans favorites. The three (3) course dinner ($35.00 per person) will feature unique takes on such New Orleans staples as Oysters Rockefeller and Shrimp and Grits as well as M bistro favorites like the Blackened Redfish and Pan Seared Snapper. M bistro’s menu is an indigenous approach to the preparation of the finest meats, seafood and produce from farmers in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Alabama. Fresh, organic, seasonal, local and farm to table, that is M bistro.

Special reservations are available in one of three velvet-draped cheaters’ booths and the semi-private wine room. Dinner reservations are recommended and jackets are not required. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; lunch is followed shortly after from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with dinner served from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
