Central Park’s iconic luxury hotel is creating an unforgettable holiday season for all, from one-of-a-kind parade packages and festive fare to a magical experience at Saks Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK, N.Y. – November 14, 2017 – Brimming with holiday traditions and fresh-faced additions, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park invites couples and families to experience an array of festive adventures for all ages. From unparalleled views of the Thanksgiving Day Parade to a remarkable experience with Saks Fifth Avenue celebrating Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the luxury hotel will set the stage for unforgettable memories to be cherished.

Located on the famous Thanksgiving Day Parade route on Sixth Avenue in midtown Manhattan, select guests of The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park will benefit from an unparalleled birds-eye panorama. Unforgettable Parade View Packages have been created to celebrate the kick-off to the holiday season and inspire new family traditions. Parade view accommodations and experiences start at $2,095 per night, with a three-night minimum during the bustling holiday weekend.

Guests of the Club Lounge will enjoy such Thanksgiving weekend activities as a Float Bar creation station – a classic ice cream float bar, nodding to the iconic parade balloons, Black Friday Bellinis featuring charcoal-infused mimosas, and receive a unique memento as NYC-based Illustrator Mats Meyer produces live illustrations for guests. At Auden Bistro, spreads are abound with a decadent three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving Dinner menu starting at $150++ per person; $70 for children 12 and under. Diners can indulge in gourmet dishes such as Heritage Turkey Consommé with Autumn Vegetable Pearls, Acorn Squash Bisque with Maple Cardamom Syrup, Roast Turkey Roulade with all the accouterments, and lastly, Roast Pear Cranberry Crumble with Crème Fraiche Ice Cream.

During the month of December, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park invites families to discover the magic of the holidays with Fairytale in New York City alongside Saks Fifth Avenue. Families will enjoy a dining experience at Saks Holiday Breakfast: A Royal Celebration of Disney’s Snow White, a renowned themed breakfast at the Saks New York flagship. Snow White, The Prince, and Dopey will make appearances and will be sure to enchant guests. The Fairytale in New York City package starts at $7,200, which also includes a two-night minimum stay in a Deluxe Park View Suite, a horse carriage ride in Central Park, and a special Disney-themed welcome amenity.

As 2017 comes to a close, guests are invited to continue the holiday cheer with The Ritz-Carlton. Christmas Day Dinner is one not to be missed with dishes such as Seared Georges Bank Scallops with Maine Lobster, Saffron Risotto and Bouillabaisse Emulsion, Prime Rib with Lobster Gruyere Baked Potato with Asparagus Horseradish Crème Fraiche and Black Truffle Au Jus, ending with desserts such as Marzipan Layer Cake with Sweet Ricotta Filling, Olive Oil Ice Cream. The three-course prix fixe meal is $130++ per person.

Guests are invited to return to count down to 2018 in decadence with a five-course tasting menu, and special champagne and caviar cart in The Star Lounge. The New Year’s Eve Dinner menu features dishes such as Smoked Duck with Fingerling Potato Salad, Bacon, Onion Jam, and Fig Lavender Jus, Chestnut Mascarpone Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter, Locatelli Romano Cheese, and Toasted Walnut Crumble, and a special Dessert Celebration. The five-course prix fixe meal is $195++ per person. For the New Year’s Recovery Brunch, guests can ease into 2018 with special champagne cocktails and Bloody Marys alongside dishes including New York Strip Steak and Eggs and Maine Lobster Crab Cakes.
