We invite you to the Junior Chefs Academy at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester. Junior chefs ages 11-18 can participate in a series of exclusive seasonal baking workshops with talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. The class will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel for a maximum of 8 students per workshop. Junior chefs will learn everything from kitchen safety to baking techniques.

Each student will receive a chef’s apron, chef’s hat and set of baking tools to use during the class. Each class is $120 per student.

2017 Class Dates:

  • Sunday, February 12, 2017 – 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 9, 2017 – 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 9, 2017 – 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 22, 2017 - 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
