Junior Chef’s Academy

Sunday, February 11, 2018 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

We invite you to the Junior Chefs Academy at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester. Junior chefs ages 11-18 can participate in a series of exclusive seasonal baking workshops with talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. The class will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel for a maximum of 8 students per workshop. Junior chefs will learn everything from kitchen safety to baking techniques.

Each student will receive a chef’s apron, chef’s hat and set of baking tools to use during the class. Each class is $125 per student.

Saturday’s and Sunday’s only 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Indulge in breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester Lobby Lounge. Enjoy a live omelet station, warm cinnamon rolls, chicken apple sausage, roasted potatoes, an array of muffins and croissant, and more.

Breakfast buffet is $31 per adult and $19 per child. Seating is first come first serve. Reservations cannot be made.  

Afternoon Tea

Saturday’s and Sunday’s in February 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. The Lobby Lounge

Dazzle your winter with The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester’s afternoon tea. Relax by the fireplace and pair your Ritz-Carlton experience with traditional afternoon tea. Enjoy your choice of tea, fresh scones, homemade jam, tea sandwiches and petit fours.

Hudson Valley afternoon tea is $49. Add our Hudson Valley Mimosa for $59.
