Chocolate Kiss Facial
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester Spa is offering a Chocolate Kiss Facial for the month of February, an indulgent organic facial paired with an Eminence Organic Chocolate Mousse Hydrating Mask that will leave the skin smooth and sweet. The treatment also includes a steam, extractions, mild exfoliation, a hydrating mask and a Knesko lip mask with Vitamin E, marine collagen and rose essential oils to condition, plump and relieve chapped lips and surrounding facial skin. This 60-minute treatment is available for a limited-time from February 1 to 28 for $200.
Time Together Massage
Couples looking for a romantic getaway can experience the “Time Together Massage” at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester Spa. Enjoy customized treatments curated by massage therapists and relax side-by-side with a loved one in the Topaz Couples room. Couples can book the 60-minute spa treatment for $350 or the 90-minute treatment for $500.
The Lobby Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester launched a new menu of sharable small plates, savory main entrées, and sweet desserts to showcase different local ingredients highlighting the flavors of the season. Guests looking for a light bite can select from a variety of plates including Ruby Red Beet Ravioli with goat cheese and Meyer lemon butter; Short Rib Banh Mi with pickled cucumber and Asian slaw; and Flash Seared Yellowtail Hamachi with jalapeno and drizzled citrus ponzu. Guests looking for larger portions can choose from main entrée selections such as Hudson Valley Venison Rack with sweet potato puree, caramelized brussels sprouts, and lingonberry sauce; Lemon and Thyme Roasted Branzino with winter corn succotash, hush puppies, tomato, capers, and olives; and Goffle Farms Organic Chicken on a bed of kabocha squash risotto, rainbow chard, and lemon thyme jus. For those with a sweet tooth, the new menu also offers Warm Eggnog Cake with cranberry compote, vanilla ice cream, and a shot of eggnog; Deconstructed Carrot Cake with carrot chiffon cake, spiced carrot puree, oatmeal crumble and rum raisin ice cream; and the hotel’s signature Ritz-Carlton Cake with dark Valrhona chocolate, Grand Marnier, Candied Orange, and Bailey’s Ice Cream Shot.
Afternoon Tea Service
During the winter, guests of the Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester can enjoy traditional afternoon tea by the fireplace in The Lobby Lounge on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. The experience, priced at $49 per person, includes a choice of tea, fresh scones, homemade jam, tea sandwiches and petit fours. For an additional $10, guests can opt to include a bubbly Hudson Valley Mimosa of Lamberti Prosecco, local pressed apple cider and caramel drizzle with their afternoon tea service. Junior Chef’s Academy
The Junior Chef’s Academy at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester is a dedicated program for children ages 11 to 18 to participate in a series of exclusive seasonal baking workshops with the talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. Classes will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel and junior chefs will learn everything from kitchen safety to baking techniques. Each student will receive a chef’s apron, chef’s hat, and set of baking tools to use during the class.
