Muscat, Sultanate of Oman; March 2017: Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel welcomes two guest chefs from The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou to bring out the succulent flavours of Cantonese cuisine through a unique culinary journey crafted especially for guests at China Mood, twice voted Best Asian Restaurant in Oman.
Coming all the way from Guangzhou, China, the award-winning Chinese Chefs Chris Liang and Jianchao Mo, join hands with the culinary team at China Mood restaurant to create an exclusive gastronomic dinner experience for Muscat guests, showcasing China’s most refined Cantonese cuisine.
The Chinese chefs created a special five-course set menu with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs, braised sole fillet and fried rice with goose liver. Furthermore, China Mood’s resident tea sommelier will entertain the guests with her acrobatic skills, pouring the tea without spilling a drop in a fascinating performance combining traditional dance and martial arts. Guests dining at China Mood can expect a memorable dining experience unlike any other, during one week only at China Mood.
