In celebration of the Year of the Monkey, chef Lau and his team introduce a new Saturday brunch inspired by Chinese culinary Art, to be enjoyed with friends and family.

The bu­ffet, served on the terrace of China Mood overlooking the sea of Oman and the Al Hajar mountains, features signature dishes by chef Lau including exquisite spring rolls, delicious dumplings and a selection of dim sums showcasing the most refined, treasured flavours in Chinese cuisine. Brunch delights include samples from the eight main Chinese cuisines, each representing a region of China, as well as a selection of Chef Lau’s specialty dumplings.
