Our Chef sources the best seasonal products, as our interpretation of a Grill concept, highlighting our custom-made “Mi Brasa” wood burning oven. The restaurant also features “La Cava”, with over 650 prestigious wine labels, making it one of the largest wine lists in the Caribbean.

COA Bar features a carefully curated selection of rums and other high end spirits highlighting local flavors as well as a innovative tapas menu.

COA is from the language of Puerto Rico’s indigenous Caribbean people, the Taino.
A wooden tool fashioned for harvest that enabled the development of agriculture on the island. Taking its connection to the harvest, COA speaks to the local ingredients that make their way into our kitchen and our restaurant, farm to table in the most traditional sense.

Breakfast is served daily from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Dinner is available Tuesdays – Saturdays from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
COA Bar is available Tuesdays – Saturdays from 6:00pm to 12:00am featuring live entertainment Thursday – Saturday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm
