DORADO BEACH, PUERTO RICO (October 25, 2016) – With the second annual Dorado Beach Culinary Getaway just weeks away, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has announced the full line-up of weekend events featuring interactive demonstrations exclusive dinners, and a few culinary surprises from four renowned chefs from across the country. Held November 3-6, 2016, the intimate weekend celebration will feature an elite roster of chefs and personal friends of José Andrés, including Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert, who will be returning for the second year, in addition to Tim Love.
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and Chef Andrés, who helms the resort’s signature restaurant, Mi Casa, are bringing together some of the world’s most creative culinary minds to provide the following events throughout the weekend:
Welcome Party at Encanto Beach
Oceanfront BBQ at Su Casa
Three Cooking Demonstrations by Andrés, Ripert, and Love
Rum Tasting and Paella on the Beach
Culinary Masters Dinner featuring dishes created by each chef in conjunction with Andrés in Mi Casa
Farewell Champagne Brunch at Mi Casa by José Andrés
Guests interested in participating in this unforgettable experience may do so by booking the "Culinary Getaway with José Andrés & Friends" package, starting at $1,945 per night for two guests; with a three-night minimum stay required. The package includes daily continental breakfast for two at Mi Casa by José Andrés and participation in all of the culinary events throughout the weekend. Package holders also receive access to a selection of special events created just for them, such as chef meet-and-greets and a book signing with Anthony Bourdain.
