This November, Porcinis culinary team will let a tru¬e craving hearts beat higher and surprise with the mouthwatering delights they have come up with. A special a-la-carte and set menus, combining Italian delicacies with white truffl¬es will be launched by Chef de Cuisine Moreno Miotto, who will create culinary wonders in Porcini kitchen.
“These diamonds of the culinary world are nothing short of mesmerizing! The intricate white veining and marbling throughout the Alba truffle produces an aroma and flavor that is gastronomically unique and wonderfully intoxicating,” says Porcini Chef de Cuisine Moreno Miotto. The menus will be changing on weekly basis and are best described as a fusion of playful, fresh ingredients, with striking views of the signature elevated show kitchen, which literally positions the restaurant’s Chefs 'on stage', added Chef Miotto.
