Doha- Qatar. October 2015. The culinary brigade of Sharq Village & Spa bags several medals throughout the culinary competition challenging all aspects of a chef’s expertise from master showpieces to live cooking signature dishes.
Sharq Village and Spa participated in seven (7) categories. Two gold medals were awarded to the Kitchen Artist Chef Godbery Daniel Jeyaraje for Novelty Cake Category and Master Showpiece Category and a silver medal for Bread Category. Another Silver medal was awarded to Chef de Cuisine Mora Thalikarathnah for Petit Fours Category while Junior Sous Chef Shreyas Kadam and Chef de Partie Subir Sur were awarded bronze medal for Live Cooking Category.
