Oksan Buffet at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul marks the arrival of autumn, the harvest season, with a menu showcasing Korea's leading regional specialties.

Despite its relatively small size, Korea boasts a wide range of distinct climates and land types, allowing each region to develop a clearly defined culinary culture of its own. Oksan Buffet brings out this rich diversity to the full with this autumn's selection of regional dishes, introducing the finest cuisine from each corner of Korea.

Highlights include buckwheat noodles with pollack sashimi, buckwheat pancake and potato-filled half-moon rice cakes from Gangwon Province; Dongnae scallion pancake from Busan; and spicy stir-fried glass noodles with mustard, tangy ray in chili sauce, grilled dried pollack, rice with seaweed, and abalone and tripe soup stew from Jeolla Province.

This promotion is remarkable both for its range of tastes and its intense aesthetic variety, bringing together flavors and colors from each part of the country.
