Celebrate the eve of the Lunar New Year with a grand dinner celebration. Relish in highlights such as the double-boiled superior chicken consommé, braised eight-head South African abalone, and chilled imperial bird’s nest soup. A lion dance troupe will also make an entrance and diners will receive exclusive Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges.

LO HEI REUNION DINNER AT COLONY

FEBRUARY 15 | 6:30 P.M.

Pair your reunion dinner with the convivial atmosphere at Colony and gastronomic cuisine. Revel in the festivities as you savour a wealth of dishes from seven ‘live’ kitchens. Guests dining at Colony from 15 through 18 February will receive a set of limited edition Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation.
