Relish savoury highlights inspired by Singapore’s heritage cuisines including Chinese, Western, and local dishes, which are served in a five-tier ceramic tiffin, also known as ‘tingkat’ in the Malay language. These include the smoked salmon with roe sandwich, yam puff with baby abalone, mini lobster quiche, pumpkin cake with chilli crab sauce and beef parmentier, which pair perfectly with Champagne.
The afternoon tea journey continues as you delight in Colony’s custom tea blend with a choice of tea syrup enhancement such as lavender or French rose, complemented by unlimited servings of desserts at The Patisserie.
