Culinary highlights include the double-boiled superior chicken consommé, wok-fried king prawn roll with Shanghai bean sauce, and salmon yu sheng to toss to a year of good fortune. Let our two-piece Chinese instrument ensemble entertain you with festive melodies. All diners will also receive a set of exclusive Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges.

Garden Suite Wedding Solemnisation

Pledge your love for each other at Summer Pavilion, the perfect venue for an intimate wedding solemnisation with family and friends.

The Garden Suite private dining room offers a cosy yet refined setting which can accommodate a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 guests, for your lunch or dinner wedding solemnisation. The ensuite living room double up as the guest reception area, while photo and video montages can be played via the built-in projectors and screens.

After the heartfelt solemnisation ceremony, indulge in exquisite Cantonese cuisine specially crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong. Culinary highlights include the double-boiled sea whelk soup with fish maw and chicken served in a whole coconut, and poached rice with lobster meat.
