Delight your senses with Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong’s new six-course tasting menu which features exclusive dishes such as the double-boiled estuary grouper fillet in fish broth, and slow-cooked Canadian lobster and egg white in crustacean sauce.

For a richer dining experience, opt for our bespoke wine pairings carefully chosen to complement the flavour profile of each dish. 

The tasting menu is priced at SGD 138 per person, with an additional SGD 58 for wine pairing.
