Revel in the festive spirit at our annual Christmas family buffet brunch extravaganza in our Grand Ballroom! Event highlights include a five-piece band, Christmas carolers, a photo booth, kiddy rides, carnival games, a bouncy castle, face painting, a magic show and even a guest appearance by Santa Claus.

Gastronomic highlights include glazed gammon ham with jalapeno spiced corn bread, herb crusted lamb with fresh mint jelly and côte de boeuf with bourguignon sauce.

Drawing inspiration from key flavours in every festive meal, our pastry chefs have specially handcrafted five log cakes that represent a distinct taste – sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami. Advanced orders and online delivery can be arranged.
