Usher in 2018 with an extravagant New Year’s Eve spread at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. Held in Colony, culinary highlights include onsen egg with sea urchin, abalone with yuzu jelly, flambé foie gras with truffle snow, wagyu tomahawk wellington, salt-crusted turbot, and king crab bee hoon with truffle.

As the clock strikes midnight, catch the mesmerising fireworks over Marina Bay from the hotel lobby, before adjourning to Chihuly Lounge for a dance party complete with a five-piece ‘live’ band until 2 a.m.

Buffet dinner at Colony will be available from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., while beverages remain available until 12 a.m.

Hotel guests and patrons of Summer Pavilion and Chihuly Lounge are welcome to join the after party in Chihuly Lounge from 10:30 p.m. No admission fee is required.
