Summer Pavilion has once again been recognised by the Michelin Guide Singapore 2017 with a one-star rating, In celebration of this prestigious accolade, Summer Pavilion has launched a tasting menu which features new culinary highlights specially crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong.

Staying true to his philosophy of showcasing the natural flavours of ingredients, diners can experience new dishes such as the smoked Australian abalone with sautéed mushrooms in golden syrup, double-boiled chicken soup with sea whelk, and the pan-fried Canadian lobster with asparagus and black truffle sauce.
