Tenerife – 27th March 2017, Brand new to The Ritz-Carlton, Abama this Spring, the glamorous European resort’s Garden welcomes its guests to take flight with ‘Fly Yoga’ classes. From its serene 10th floor botanical oasis, a new schedule of activities takes yoga sky-high allowing budding yogis to relax and realign against a stunning Atlantic backdrop under the African sun.

Adding to the resort’s exceptional wellness facilities, ‘Fly Yoga’ at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama will offer expert coaching authentic yoga with the support of soft, aerial fabric hammocks suspended from the garden’s reinforced Zen Exploring, refining and advancing traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground, the inspired practice works gravity to relax and realign the body, centre the mind and uplift the spirit.

Catering for beginners to advanced students, the al fresco classes, will stimulate a ‘yoga high’, encouraging physical release, refined strength, energetic flow, and heightened awareness of breath, body and bandhas. Newcomers practical postural fundamentals while discovering how yoga enlightens life.
