With a mouth-watering selection of 10 restaurants, The Ritz-Carlton, Abama constantly strives for culinary perfection and this season guests will not only enjoy the renowned two Michelin-starred M.B. from seven-star chef Martin Berasategui but his debut restaurant, TXOKO, based on a traditional concept from the Basque country, introducing authentic Spanish gastronomy and hospitality at its very best.
Elevating heritage Spanish dishes, guests will enjoy treats including stewed pig cheeks and ‘Croquetas’; dishes inspired by the recipes of Berasategui’s Mother and Aunt, incorporating the finest seafood, Galician meat and hand-selected vegetable ingredients.
At Abama Kabuki, chef Daniel Franco promises sushi under the sun like no other destination in the world. The Michelin-starred Japanese fusion outpost, launched in 2006 and globally acclaimed with an exceptional reputation for exquisite and creative Japanese gastronomy, has relocated to a brand new ergonomic and architecturally designed foodie haven in The Ritz-Carlton, Abama’s Casa Club.
Jet set foodies can experience the very best house sushi and sashimi, piece by piece, at the new sushi bar with narrative and exclusive culinary insights from the restaurant’s sushi artists. A brand new tempura menu and Teppanyaki dishes are cooked by the Japanese Grill, plus a ‘Wine Art’ experience introduces a sake pairing journey with 30 sake’s from Junmai, Daiginjo to Koshu paired with hot and cold dishes by the restaurant’s sake sommelier.
The new ‘Kabuki Terrace’ is also the perfect spot for a Japanese inspired sundowner with serene views of the resort’s lush golfing greens and Atlantic Ocean surrounds.
For a signature sampler of Chef Martin Berasategui, guests will need to experience M.B. A creative and inventive culinary ride at the hands of Berasategui’s head chef Erlantz Gorostiza. Set in elegant surrounds, an imaginative menu will inspire and surprise, we recommend ‘M.B.
