ST. LOUIS, MO. – February 23, 2018 —Easter Sunday, April 1, is set to be a festive day at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Not only will the hotel’s irresistibly lavish Easter Brunch be presented, but a special mini-petting zoo will be available for children to enjoy.

Annual Easter Brunch will be served in The Restaurant from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with menu highlights to include an expansive buffet of soup, fresh salads and appetizers; chilled and smoked seafood; cheese and charcuterie; sushi, nigiri and sashimi; breakfast favorites; Asian dim sum; carving stations serving herb-crusted prime rib, salmon/grouper roulade and whole charred cauliflower; warm entrées such as blackened mahi mahi and rosemary-marinated chicken; spring vegetables; sides; pasta; a delicious children’s buffet -- and the ultimate dessert spread. A highlight of dessert is sure to be its special, interactive pineapple upside-down cake à la mode action station, while Champagne will also be poured for grown-ups in attendance.
