ST LOUIS, MO. – January 12, 2016 -- St. Louis's favorite French culinary couple, Chef Damien Faure and Chef Simone Faure, will soon join forces to present the ultimate Valentine's Day dinner at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Soirée d’Amour – a romantic evening of fabulous French cuisine prepared and hosted by the celebrated married couple, will take place at the hotel on Sunday, February 14 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Damien Faure is the award-winning chef for The Grill at The Ritz-Carlton, while his wife Simone is owner/operator of the popular La Pâtisserie Chouquette, also in St. Louis.
Evoking the charms of Old World Paris and presenting live French music, authentic decor and a one-of-a-kind epicurean menu, Soirée d’Amour will offer limited, first-come/first-served reservation access. The occasion represents the first time the Faures have co-hosted a major St. Louis dining event.

Priced at $149 USD per person plus tax/gratuity, and including a Champagne toast, the evening's four-course menu showcases some of the most enticing of French culinary creations, as follows:

Priced at $499 plus tax and gratuity, the package includes the Soirée d’Amour dinner for two plus deluxe accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis on February 14. This special overnight rate may be requested only at the time advance dining reservations are made for Soirée d’Amour. Options to upgrade to a suite or Club Level experience are available as well.
