ST. LOUIS, MO. – March 16, 2015 -- Food-lovers seeking a one-of-a-kind culinary experience can soon have their fondest dreams fulfilled, as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis has introduced a Foodie Fantasy package offering the ultimate in food, wine and spirits adventures.

The two-night Foodie Fantasy Weekend package lends new meaning to “up close and personal,” as its guests will spend quality time with three renowned chefs and two award-winning wine and mixology teams. Available through year-end, the package includes a two-night luxury stay in the 2,500-square-foot Ritz-Carlton Suite and one-on-one instructional cooking sessions with acclaimed international culinary artists Melissa Lee, executive chef for the hotel, as well as The Grill Chef Damien Faure and Pastry Chef Brielle Fratellone. The adventure for two also includes a private couple’s class at the hotel’s Cocktail College, the collaborative creation of a proprietary wine blend for the guests, butler-served in-suite dinner, and hands-on instruction in the delicious art of chocolate sculpture. Guests reserving the package have the option of inviting friends to join them for one or more of its included activities.
Foodie Fantasy Weekend at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis is priced at $8,500 ($4,250 per night, for two nights, including tax and gratuities) and includes:

  • Two nights in The Ritz-Carlton Suite, with access to the exclusive Club Lounge 
  • Cocktail College with Hotel Mixologist – private instruction in crafting the perfect martini and infused vodkas 
  • Epicurean Dinner at The Grill, including a special selection of wines 
  • Chocolate Sculpture Workshop with Pastry Chef Brielle Fratellone 
  • Private Cooking Session with Chef Melissa Lee. Chef Lee and guests will collaborate to prepare a customized dinner especially for that evening 
  • Custom Wine Blending Workshop. Bottles with personalized labels will be sent to guests after departure. 
  • In-Suite Multi-Course Dinner featuring a menu co-created earlier with Chef Melissa Lee. Sommelier will present included wine pairings. 
  • Private Concierge Service 
  • Breakfast for Two each morning
