Proceeds To Be Donated To LIFT FOR LIFE ACADEMY Benefiting Area School Students

ST.LOUIS, MO. – June 19, 2017 – St. Louis food lovers are eagerly anticipating this month’s inaugural Savor for Students grand tasting, as the city’s most celebrated chefs prepare to cook, share and raise funds for LIFT FOR LIFE ACADEMY.

Set for Thursday, June 29th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the delectable fundraiser will showcase the following culinary creations, presented tapas-style at The Ritz-Carlton by the city’s most celebrated chefs -- including Kevin Nashan, recently named #1 chef in the Midwest by the James Beard Foundation.

This epicurean event of the summer will feature the following culinary delights, to be prepared and served by each participating chef. Also on the menu: complimentary sushi, sashimi, a raw bar and more.

Admission to this once-in-a-lifetime food experience is priced at $99 USD per person and includes tastes, musical entertainment and the unique chance to mingle with great chefs and culinary enthusiasts from throughout the region. Beer, wine and spirits, and complimentary parking are included in the ticket price.

LIFT FOR LIFE ACADEMY offers a private school atmosphere, where all programs and services are provided at no cost to students and their families. An important part of the LIFT FOR LIFE ACADEMY focus is nutrition. The school provides balanced, nutritious meals free of charge, five days a week, as part of its program. For hundreds of children, it’s their only opportunity to get a meal each day.
