Available by reservation for parties of two to six at dinner for either a 5 or 8 course Chef’s Menu selection, the new Chef's Table is perfect for those who love to explore and savor a variety of tastes by having a front row seat into the restaurant’s culinary world. Guests feel the energy of the vibrant kitchen and can play a part in the creation of their menu items by interacting with the Chef de Cuisine, Alvin Dela Cruz. It is also one of the few Chef’s tables, if not the only Chef’s Table, in the city where the menu is completely customizable and includes a personal call with the Chef to design the perfect menu. Meals also include wine pairings, cocktail pairings, mocktail pairings and beer pairings.
