WASHINGTON, DC (May 2017) – Westend Bistro introduces its first ever Chef’s Table – an incomparable, interactive dining concept welcoming guests to dine on the frontlines of one of Washington’s best and most creative kitchens headed by Chef de Cuisine, Alvin Dela Cruz.

Available by reservation for parties of two to six at dinner for either a family style or Chef’s Menu selection, it is the perfect evening of dining for those who love to explore and savor a variety of tastes by having a front row seat into the restaurant’s culinary world.  Guests feel the energy of the vibrant kitchen and can play a part in the creation of their menu items by interacting with the Chef de Cuisine.  A selection of the freshest seafood, locally grown seasonal produce and organic meats create the menu. Delectable desserts prepared by the restaurant’s Executive Pastry Chef, John Quinn, create a lovely finale to each evening.

The Chef’s Table at Westend Bistro allows a guest to customize the full menu in an informal and interactive setting. The intimate seating permits highly personalized service from the Chefs themselves and ample opportunities to discuss a dish’s ingredients and inspiration.

The Chef’s Table has evolved from a formal occasion to a great way to get together with friends or colleagues, connect with the Chef and verbalize personal preferences in a more casual setting.

Guests have the opportunity to receive a complimentary experience for two at Westend Bistro’s innovative, creative and experiential Chef’s Table followed by a one night stay at the newly redesigned Ritz-Carlton, Washington, DC.
