Grandma’s Mocha – Spiked Hot Cocoa

¾ oz Stoli
Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz Courvoisier VSOP
Dash of Aztec Chcolate Bitters
1 oz shot of Hot Espresso
Hot Cocoa


Combine ¾ oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka and ¾ oz Courvoisier VSOP with a dash of Aztec Chocolate Bitters into a large coffee mug. Add 1 oz shot of hot espresso then add piping hot cocoa. Top with marshmallow and stir.


Cherry French Toast S’mores

4 eggs
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
½ tbs cherry preserves
1 square milk chocolate cherry bar
1 large marshmallow


Powdered sugar Dip two medium slices of French baguette into mixture of 4 eggs beaten, ¼ cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Place on griddle at 350 degrees. Cook for approximately 1 minute on each side. Spread ½ tbs of cherry preserves on each side of French toast and place 1 square of milk chocolate cherry bar and 1 large marshmallow on top of bread. Top with other slice, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
