ARLINGTON, VA. – June 21, 2016 – The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City will implement a digital Ritz-Kids program to enhance travel experiences of guests of all ages.
The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City has partnered with Tuch Tablets, a Los Angeles based technology company to introduce state of the art, interactive tablets to be as part of the Ritz-Kids hotel program.
Ritz-Kids will now “check in” to the hotel with touch screen technology that allows them to enter their names, favorite city, and favorite animal preference into their Ritz-Kids portfolio. They will also select from five amenities to send to their room at the time of their choosing. In addition to a digital “check in”, the interactive tablets will be uploaded with seasonally based information to include family centric activities and hotel events. The enhancement was implemented to create a more engaging check in process for the next generation of travelers and enliven their first hotel experiences.
With the successful launch of the Ritz-Kids check in desk, The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City plans to expand Tuch Tablets loaded with detailed information of events, shopping venues, shows, and other local discoveries in the Club Lounge, Concierge Desk, and restaurant, so all guests may partake in the digital property enhancement.
