ARLINGTON, VA. – February 24, 2017 – fyve introduces the ultimate weekend brunch to Arlington, with the launch of its new tapas brunch menu.
fyve at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City will debut a new brunch menu available every Saturday and Sunday, beginning March 4. In addition, fyve has extended brunch hours to 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., to allow guests to comfortably unwind and enjoy their meal among family and friends.
Executive Chef Sriram Hariharan and Chef Alex Gut drew inspiration from the desire to provide a comfortable yet refined weekend experience to guests and created a menu to feature simple, comfortable dishes that include the finest and freshest ingredients.
The brunch will feature small plates that highlight brunch classics and introduce contemporary dishes like tofu scramble and steel cut oatmeal brulee to the menu. Benedicts will be offered in four varieties; Smoked Ham Hock, Portobello & Asparagus, Smoked Salmon, and Crab cake; while Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Pain Perdue, Huevos Rancheros, Chicken and Waffles, and Short Rib Hash, are a few highlights from the new menu. In addition to the new entrees, fyve will offer $5 mimosas and bloody marys and a specially priced cocktail menu for guests. The sharing style plates will range from $6-13.
