ARLINGTON, VA. – June 24, 2016 – The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City will introduce “Summer Soiree”, an afternoon Club Level session where guests will receive hands on tutorials on how to prepare simple, summer dishes perfect for entertaining.
Summer Soiree is an exclusive Club Level experience offered complimentary with Club Level reservations. During each session, guests will learn techniques to prepare simple, fun recipes alongside our Executive Chef, Sriram Hariharan, Sommelier, or Pastry Chef. At the end of the “soiree” guests will enjoy their creations in the comfort of our Club Lounge. The classes will be offered Saturday afternoons beginning July 9th through Labor Day.
Summer Soiree sessions will include how to prepare guacamole, sushi, how to grind and blend spices, no bake desserts, how to smoke bourbon, how to smoke oysters, sno-cone cocktails, tomato summer salad, Nitro coffee, homemade taffy, and mimosa and bloody- mary recipes and preparation.
