ARLINGTON, VA. – January 6, 2016 – This Valentine’s Day, satisfy your palate with something sweeter than chocolate and unwind with a ‘Night of Passion’.

Executive Chef Sriram Hariharan invites guests to experience Plates of Passion, a multi-course Valentine’s dinner featuring romance inducing ingredients. fyve’s Valentine’s Day menu is sure to please, in more ways than one, with a thoughtfully paired pre-fixe menu designed to bring out true romance. The Plates of Passion dinner begins with a choice between Beau Soliel Oyster with Yuzu Pearls or Tuna Tartar, Wasabi Crème Fraiche, Togarashi Spice, and Sesame Cone. After Amuse and Appetizers, guests can choose from three main course options: Miso Glazed Cod served with Forbidden Rice, Baby Bok Choy, and Miso Sauce, Coffee Chili Spiced Beef Tenderloin, served with Rainbow Carrots, Stacked Potato, Parnsip Puree, and Bourbon Sauce, or Roasted Half Poussin, served with Salsify, Haricot Vert, Royal Trumpet, Oyster Mushrooms and Chanterelles, and Natural Jus. For dessert, guest will enjoy “The Pleasure Wheel”, an assortment of romantic confections.
