What is the cancellation policy?

Treatments cancelled or rescheduled the day of the appointment will be subject at the time you book your treatments. Groups are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. Please see the Group Coordinator for additional information.

What about gratuities?

Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to experience a spa treatment. Salon services are available for all ages.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear whatever makes you comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being treated. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in The Ritz-Carlton Spa.
