European Business Meeting Offer - Terms and Conditions
This offer is available for new bookings made at participating hotels in Europe from May 16, 2017 until March 31, 2018 for stays from May 16, 2017 until March 31, 2018.
Offer is only available in Europe at participating brands: The Ritz-Carlton, EDITION®, JW Marriott®, Marriott Hotels®, Renaissance® Hotels, Autograph Collection® Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott®, Residence Inn by Marriott® and AC Hotels by Marriott®.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
This promotion is applicable for meetings with or without guest rooms and applies per event. It is based upon request and availability.
A group is considered to be a minimum of 10 single rooms and/or 10 conference participants booked per night/day — actualised numbers must not drop below this number.
This offer is not available for customers with pre-negotiated rates or agreements (such as special corporate-rate agreements).
Bookings made via MarriottMeetingRoooms.co.uk will not be eligible for this promotion.
Points for qualifying events can be earned on all eligible revenue with the exception of all taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges
Offer is commissionable on groups and meetings booked through agents.
This offer is available to social events but is subject to availability. Where an event has meeting room hire with contracted Food and Beverage, the offer would apply to the actualised per-person food-and-beverage packages (non-alcoholic) only — not the room hire. Beverages contracted on a ‘consumption’ basis are excluded.
All conference charges, including taxes, must be settled upon checkout, unless credit facilities have been agreed.

The Marriott Rewards/The Ritz-Carlton Rewards/SPG member must provide his/her member number in the Eligible Event Agreement or to the applicable participating property at the time of booking.
In accordance with the laws of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the earning of points or miles through Marriott Rewards Rewarding Events does not apply to government employees, officials, employees of State Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when booking an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when booking on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE.

Double points: With this promotion, you may earn double rewards points based on eligible charges, up to a maximum of 40,000 Starpoints or 100,000 Marriott Rewards points per contract.
Free cocktail party: One complimentary one-hour cocktail reception hosted by the participating property in a space chosen at the discretion of the participating property for the number of guests equal to the number of guest rooms actualised on the peak night (capped at 200 participants) of the Eligible Event. The cocktail reception will include a complimentary selection of basic/house package for beer, wine and soft drinks. After such one-hour period has lapsed, menu items and beverages may be purchased by customer at prevailing menu prices. Cocktail-reception items are at the discretion of the hotel and will be outlined in the contract. Not valid at hotels with third-party food vendors. Normal rates will vary for additional reception attendees.
Free room upgrade: Free room upgrade to next-available room category (up to a maximum of 10% of reserved room inventory per day, upon availability; some hotels might not have a different room category).
Welcome break: Available on arrival for meeting room bookings that include F&B package. Welcome break may include tea/coffee and light snacks; items are at the discretion of the hotel. Minimum 10 attendees, varies by hotel.
Complimentary internet: Available for participants in guest room (basic access).
