The legendary Dorado Beach Resort in Puerto Rico has been redeveloped to include the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve residences. West Beach includes 2- to 4-bedroom condominiums located directly on the beach first selected by Laurance Rockefeller 50 years ago as the location for the original Dorado Beach hotel. East Beach residences include 5-bedroom beachfront villas and 2- and 3-bedroom Botanical villas fronting the famed East and West Courses of Dorado Beach. With almost two miles of beachfront, and the service of Ritz-Carlton Reserve, these contemporary homes offer owners a limited opportunity to become part of the history of Dorado Beach.
Owners also receive membership in the Dorado Beach Club. Membership includes access to four Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed golf courses, the 8,000 sq foot Fitness and Wellness Center, several dining venues, and The Watermill, a $12 million aquatic park.
