In celebration of cuisines around the world, the resort offers a Global Cuisine Series on select weekend dates throughout the year featuring award-winning chefs from the Bay Area and beyond. These acclaimed chefs collaborate with Executive Chef Jakob Esko of the resort’s signature restaurant Navio to present two dishes on the restaurant’s tasting menu as well as a pop-up station at the resort’s famed Sunday Brunch.
