The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge Announces Weekly Schedule of Curated Guest Experiences

RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. - October 30, 2017 – The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage has introduced a new weekly schedule of curated programming aimed at offering standout experiential moments to Club Level resort guests. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge will host rotating presentations and displays to enhance the guest experience with exclusive tastings, local experiences and more.

Situated 650 feet above the desert floor and offering striking panoramic views of the greater Palm Springs and Santa Rosa Mountain range, the resort has continued to elevate the signature Club Lounge experience with the below thoughtfully programmed events:  

  • Fridays - Chocolate Presentation and Tasting (5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
    o Executive Pastry Chef Troman Felizmenio will provide a history of chocolate-making while making some from scratch for guests to taste by showcasing signature recipes and do-it-yourself tips.
  • Saturdays - Whiskey Tastings / Signature Sinatra Cocktail (5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
    o The Club Lounge will offer a selection of whiskeys or bourbons to sample as a lead bartender tells stories of Frank Sinatra’s favorite libation.
  • Sundays - Berkel Display (5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
    o A culinarian will showcase how to prepare the ultimate Charcuterie Board with a variety of cheeses and paired meats.

The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge offers guests a heightened level of exclusivity and luxury, combining intimacy and comfort with personalized service to detail. The services include five complimentary food and beverage presentations including breakfast, light snacks, hors d’oeuvres, beverages and sweets. The focal point of the Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage’s elite Club Lounge is a spacious lounge area, furnished to resemble a comfortable living area. The lounge is well stocked with literature and a variety of international print media publications. A dedicated concierge is on duty from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. to meet the needs and requests of each guest, from imperative restaurant reservations to transportation booking and assistance.
