he Ritz Carlton Spa DIFC features 13 treatments rooms including two Couples Spa suites with their own changing room and private jacuzzi where you can experience indulgent Spa Packages for you and your loved one. Alternatively, select from one of our Parisian botanical oils blends and experience our signature Zen Massage where your leave with a profound sense of wellbeing and calm.

  • When should I arrive?

  • For enhanced comfort and relaxation, we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

  • What about my jewelry and valuables?

  • Lockers are available for personal items. If you are a hotel guest, it is advisable to leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room.

  • Should I shave before a treatment?

  • For gentlemen, shaving before a facial is recommended but not necessary. If you choose to shave, please do so at least two hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended before body treatments or hair removal services.

  • What should I wear during my treatment?

  • During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided. All treatments can be enjoyed by both male & female guests, but the gender of your therapist will always be that of the guest.

  • What about my comfort?

  • To maintain a tranquil environment, please switch off all cell phones and pagers. Your spa experience is meant to be fully enjoyed, so if you experience any discomfort regarding room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or other conditions, please inform your therapist immediately.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

 The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dubai International Financial Centre services and facilities are for guests 18 years of age or older.

What if I am late for my appointment?

To enhance your spa experience, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment to relax in the sauna and steam rooms. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, affecting its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Treatments will end on time to avoid delaying the next guest, and the full value of your treatment will be charged.

What is the cancellation policy?

To avoid being charged the full-service fee, please notify the spa at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

What about gratuities?

Gratuities are distributed to the spa staff who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be given at your discretion.

What about payment for spa services?

We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill. Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams and include a 10% service charge and 10% Municipality fees.

One-on-one personal training sessions are available to guide you through an exercise routine or create a personalized program for you to follow at home, including nutritional information and body composition tests.
