LUIS PEDROSA, O2 LOUNGE CHEF

With twelve years of international experience, Luis Pedrosa is now leading the kitchen at the O2 Lounge restaurant. Luis was born in the picturesque countryside of Portugal, where local traditions and national flavor instilled in him a passion for the culinary arts from an early age. “When I create a dish, I am always seeking a unique story behind it with a great respect for each ingredient and local flavors,” says Luis.
