Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our Spa Receptionists will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.

When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 40 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to enjoy the exclusive facilities of our spa and relax in saunas, steam rooms and relaxation rooms.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided in lockers in the gentlemen and ladies' lounges.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave valuable items in a safe deposit box at the concierge desk. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of the money, currency valuables, securities and any other precious items left in the locker or in the spa area.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended, but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments.

What about my comfort?
This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences. We request that cell phones be turned off in The Spa.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests of The Spa and Fitness Center must be at least 16 years of age. Salon services are available for guests of all ages.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the 50% service fee. If you reschedule or cancel your treatment later then 12 hours before your scheduled appointment you have to pay 100% service fee. A credit card number or full payment in cash is required at the time you book your treatments.

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion, and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.

What about payment for Spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and payment in cash. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

Are gift certificates available for The Spa?
Absolutely. You may purchase gift certificates in any amount, or for select product at the Beauty and Retail Studio.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Receptionist when reserving your treatments if you have any sort of medical condition of which we should be aware of, such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, pregnancy or if you are receiving chemotherapy treatments. If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments specially created for pregnant women that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa Receptionist if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
