Children can enjoy a journey on the Grande Lakes Express to view holiday lights and luminaries along the lakeside from The Ritz-Carlton to JW Marriott.

SEASONAL BEVERAGE CARTS
Situated around Grande Lake, visit our outdoor beverage carts featuring:• Cold Weather Classics: hot totties, hot apple cider and spiked eggnog.

  • The Spice Bar: gingerbread, cinnamon spiked drinks and an exclusive Grande Lakes holiday drink created by resort mixologists.
  • Milk and Cookies: Featuring creamed spiked and non-alcoholic beverages including adult coffees, each garnished with a cookie.

Thanksgiving at The Ritz-Carlton

GOBBLER 5K
November 25 | 6 A.M – 12 P.M

The Ritz-Carlton Spa will be hosting the annual Gobbler 5K event on Thanksgiving Day, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®.

All ages and fitness levels are invited to walk, run, gobble and wobble the 5K course encircling Grande Lakes. Chair massages, light refreshments and snacks will be available after the race. Participation medals will be provided as well as prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. 

$50 per adult / $35 per child / children under 4 are complimentary.

THANKFUL TREE: November 1 - 30. 

At check-in, each child receives a paper leaf to write what they are thankful for and place it on the resort’s Thankful Tree for all guests to enjoy. Complimentary for all overnight resort guests. 

THANKSGIVING CRAFTS: November 26-28
12 - 2pm | Ritz Kids Garden

Create hand turkeys, beaded jewelry, turkey headbands and grow your own harvest (tomato plant, herbs). Complimentary for all overnight resort guests.

Enjoy a festive southern-style Thanksgiving spread featuring traditional items.

FAMILY THANKSGIVING AT  KNIFE & SPOON: November 25

TURKEY TO-GO: November 25

Orders must be picked up from The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes First drop between 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

A complete dinner for up to six people, this festive meal will begin with Whisper Creek Farm Seminole pumpkin soup, followed by a kale, cranberry dressing vinaigrette, cornbread croutons and beets. The main course, a 14-16 pound whole roasted turkey will be complemented with side dishes including sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, traditional cranberry sauce, green beans and gravy. Dessert is your choice of chocolate pecan, pumpkin or apple crumble. All holiday orders must be placed before Tuesday, November 23rd.

Gingerbread School

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes invites you to join the Pastry Team to build your own gingerbread house. Guests can use the life-sized gingerbread house in the lobby as inspiration to build and assemble their own creations at Santa’s Workshop. The fun-filled activity begins by building the house with pre-baked gingerbread panels on a wooden foundation. Then, guests can select from dozens of different types of candy and other edible details to decorate and personalize their houses. Treats and to-go kits available.

SANTA’S TEDDY BEAR TEA 
December 4, 5, 11, 12, 18 ,19 and 20 | 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. 

This holiday version of our traditional tea includes a special gift for the children, an ornament craft and a visit from Santa. Safe and socially distanced interaction.

SANTA TUCK-INS
December 24 | 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Children receive a stocking filled with toys, treats and a special visit from Santa.

CHRISTMAS DAY AT KNIFE & SPOON

Knife & Spoon is a signature steak and seafood restaurant conceived and led by award-winning Chef John Tesar. Guests will enjoy an array of steakhouse favorites and local sustainable seafood dishes. Special Christmas menu insert.
